CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If a deposit (50% of the total trip cost – Cash, check, or CC that is used to lock in your trip dates) is made on a trip booked through us and you have to cancel, you lose your deposit and any other money paid to date. If you cancel but we are able to find a replacement client for the dates of your canceled trip 30 days prior to the hunt date then we will credit your deposit for a future trip with the same outfit you were booked with. If it is within 30 days of the hunt that the cancellation takes place the deposit will be forfeited and no future trip will be credited.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for conflicts with drawn tags/special licenses and/or availability of the future hunt booked. We will do our best to help in any way.

We understand that unpreventable events come about and that is why we recommend trip insurance, please mention this when booking with us and we will give you our recommendations. To be booked on one of our trips is usually a trip of a lifetime and an investment towards an unforgettable life experience, please consider protecting your investment by getting insured. We are not responsible for coverage if in the event you are not covered, so please seek our guidance before choosing a plan. Please contact us by calling (888) 913-3101 between 9am-6pm PST Monday-Saturday.
